                                     Mushroom Longganisa Pasta



Ingredients:
 
 1 Cup Longganisa "Spanish sausage"( i used Alaminos and Lucban )
 1 Cup Mushroom slice (i used Shiitake and Black fungus  "the ear mushroom" )
1/4 Cup Finely chopped or slice Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Fresh or Dried Tomatoes 
    1 tsp Dried  or fresh rosemary 
250 g    Pasta
Fish sauce ( your choice )
salt and pepper 



Method:

1. First put your mushrooms into a bowl of water to hydrate it if you are using dried mushrooms.
    Then slice them.

2.Next chop onion  and garlic finely. then slice tomato. for the longganisa remove the sticks and remove the meat form its cover.

3. Then in a pot put the longganisa meat and and add 1 Tbsp. of water and boil it until the water is gone and the oil of the meat oil is all out and the meat is a little bit crispy. then add onion, tomato and garlic. 

4. Next add fish sauce to season or salt pepper ( adjust seasoning to and add the mushroom and saute until its cook. last mix the cook pasta and serve.
