Mushroom Longganisa Pasta Ingredients: 1 Cup Longganisa "Spanish sausage"( i used Alaminos and Lucban ) 1 Cup Mushroom slice ( i used Shiitake and Black fungus "the ear mushroom" ) 1/4 Cup Finely chopped or slice Garlic 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions 1/4 Cup Fresh or Dried Tomatoes 1 tsp Dried or fresh rosemary 250 g Pasta Fish sauce ( your choice ) salt and pepper Method: 1. First put your mushrooms into a bowl of water to hydrate it if you are using dried mushrooms.
